The P&C has established a contribution scheme seeking donations of $40 per child or $70 per family for the construction of a School Community Multipurpose Building and car park. All donations are tax deductible and can be made by any member of the community.
This facility has the potential to expand the school’s teaching and learning opportunities, provide a space for showcasing student’s work and performances as well as professional development and community education programs.
While Pine Rivers Shire Council has committed $350 000 to the costs of construction, the balance of the overall cost of $980 000 needs to be raised from the P&C contribution scheme and State Government subsidy.
