Eatons Hill State School is organised along multi-age lines.
All Early Years classes include Prep and combinations of Years 1, 2 and 3; all Middle Primary classes are mixed Years 4 and 5 groups; and the Upper Primary classes present various blends of Years 6 and 7 students.
Early Years classes accommodate up to fifty students, while Middle and Upper Primary classes accept sixty. A full-time teacher position is allocated to each twenty-five to thirty students.
There are specialist teachers in Physical Education, Music, Instrumental Music, Learning Support, Library and Special Education.
The school provides a full instrumental music program in brass, woodwind, percussion and strings.
