Purpose of the Parents and Citizens Association
The purpose of the Eatons Hill State School Parents’ and Citizens’ Association hereafter referred to as "the association", forms part of the association’s constitution.
The constitution contains the following objective:
  • "The objectives of the association shall be to promote the interests of and facilitate the development and further improvement of the Eatons Hill State School."
Meetings
The P & C meetings are usually on the third Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm in the OSH Building.
The association executive will meet one week prior to the normal monthly meetings at the discretion of the association’s executive.

P&C Work - Supporting our Children
The P & C and its sub-committees have been able to provide the following for the school, as a result of fundraising events supported by the school community, and successful grant applications. Ongoing fundraising events and grant applications will ensure that the list will continue to grow, to further develop the facilities of the school, for our children
  • Supplement the school budget on a yearly basis
  • Purchase of portable Shade Structures used for sports days
  • Assisted with the funding of the OSH Club construction and fit out
  • Assisted with the funding of the School Bus
  • Assist with monetary sponsorship of School Sporting Reps
  • Purchase of approx. 30 PCs
  • Purchase of Musical Instruments for Music Department
  • Construction of Multi Purpose Courts
  • Construction of New Prep Playground and Shade Structure
  • Installation of Shade Structure for existing Senior Playground
